In Helsinki with Saga Furs

If the fashion season ended about a week ago with the Paris fashion shows, the season of the fur business is in its full splendor.

The market of fur is changing and there are many innovations.

This is not only due to the fact that the Asian market is buying slightly less than last year, nor due to the price of the skins, but especially at auctions that make the laws to create strategic partnerships.

Saga Furs, Fur Harvester, and American Legend have joined. This union allows brokers to buy their products during a single auction of two weeks in Helsinki at the auction house of Saga Furs.

I think that my experience was very formative in Helsinki: I was able to find out everything that there is to know about the mutations of foxes that can only be purchased during this auction, I met important people, interviewed the CEO’s of all three auctions, listened with great interest to the opinions of several brokers and more.
